Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can self-refer and book directly online or by phone. You are welcome to share your report with your GP afterwards.

How much does it cost, and which insurers do you accept?
£350 all-inclusive, with no hidden fees. We accept AXA Health, AXA Global, Healix and WPA, and can provide an itemised invoice for your claim.

How quickly will I get my results?
You receive instant verbal results from your clinician at the end of the appointment, and your written report within 24 hours by secure email.

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours a cancellation fee may apply.

What is peripheral arterial disease (PAD)?
Peripheral arterial disease occurs when the arteries supplying blood to the legs become narrowed or blocked by atherosclerosis (plaque build-up). Symptoms include leg pain on walking (claudication), cold feet, and poor wound healing. An arterial duplex scan can identify the location and severity of arterial narrowing.
