Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can self-refer and book directly online or by phone. You are welcome to share your report with your GP afterwards.

£235 all-inclusive, with no hidden fees. We accept AXA Health, AXA Global, Healix and WPA, and can provide an itemised invoice for your claim.

How quickly will I get my results?
You receive instant verbal results from your clinician at the end of the appointment, and your written report within 24 hours by secure email.

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours a cancellation fee may apply.

What does a carotid scan assess?
A carotid duplex scan assesses blood flow through the carotid arteries in the neck, detecting plaque build-up, stenosis (narrowing), and intima-media thickness (CIMT) — a marker of cardiovascular risk. It is used to evaluate stroke risk and monitor known carotid disease.
