Different platforms, different review populations. Google is open to anyone and has 213 reviews spanning many years; Doctify verifies attendance and currently holds 15. A larger, older and more open review base almost always shows a slightly lower average. We publish both rather than quoting only the higher one.
Yes, and we would welcome it — on whichever platform you prefer. We don't send incentives or follow-up pressure, and we don't ask you to send feedback to us privately instead of posting it publicly.
No. We have no ability to delete reviews on Google or Doctify, and we don't attempt to. Where a review raises something we can fix, we would rather address the issue than the review.
On Doctify, yes — each reviewer is confirmed as having attended an appointment, and the platform marks them as verified. Google reviews are open to any account holder, which makes them broader but less strictly verified. Both are useful for different reasons.
