020 3633 4902Please drink 1 litre of water 1 hour before your appointment and do not empty your bladder beforehand. A full bladder is needed for the transabdominal part of the scan. After that part is complete, you will be asked to empty your bladder before the transvaginal scan.
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a £25 administration fee.
After You Book
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking, with your appointment details, clinic address, and preparation instructions.
We send a reminder the day before your appointment with a preparation checklist — including the full bladder requirement for the transabdominal scan.
A consultant sonographer performs your pelvic ultrasound-scan in a private room. Both transabdominal and transvaginal views are taken. Findings are discussed with you before you leave.
Your detailed written report, including scan images and clinical findings, is emailed to you within 24 hours and can be forwarded directly to your GP or gynaecologist.

Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available, Monday to Saturday. The online booking diary shows live availability in real time. If you cannot find a suitable slot, call us on 020 3633 4902 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes — a full bladder is required for the transabdominal part of the scan. Please drink 1 litre of water approximately 1 hour before your appointment and do not empty your bladder beforehand. After the transabdominal scan is complete, you will be asked to empty your bladder before the transvaginal scan begins.
Online booking requires payment at the time of booking to secure your slot. If you would prefer to pay on the day, please call us on 020 3633 4902 to arrange a telephone booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay.
Yes. We accept AXA, Healix, WPA, and most other major private medical insurers. Please call us before booking online so we can process your insurance authorisation code correctly. Self-pay patients are always welcome and no referral is needed.

Completely. Your booking and medical information are held in strict confidence in line with GDPR and our ICO registration. We do not contact your GP unless you specifically request us to do so. The clinic name does not appear on bank statements — only a generic payment descriptor.
