The Growth Ultrasound Scan

The growth ultrasound sometimes called a well-being scan, is being carried on the 3rd trimester of pregnancy to check the fetal growth and baby's wellbeing.

Reasons for having this ultrasound scan include:

• Concern of fetal size/weight
• Reduced fetal movements,
• Concern of fetal position,
• Location of umbilical cord

The Presentation Ultrasound Scan

The presentation ultrasound scan is particularly useful when there is any concern about the position of the baby, especially if the baby is breech.
